Who we are
NexStudio provides NexNode, a Blender add-on, and the website and services behind it.
Your account
Keep your sign-in safe. One person per account. Welcome credits are once per person.
Credits
Credits pay for generations. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you upload and generate, within each provider's terms.
Availability
Providers can be slow or down. Credits are only spent when a job succeeds.
Ending
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We announce material changes before they apply.

What we collect
Your email, sign-in method, payments (through Stripe), jobs and credit history.
What leaves Blender
Only the inputs a node needs, when you run it. Never your .blend file. See the download page.
Who processes it
Stripe for payments, and the AI providers listed under Third-party, only to run your jobs.
How long we keep it
Generation history follows your plan. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion through Contact, topic Privacy request.
Cookies
Only what sign-in and checkout need.

How refunds are issued
Refunds are issued from Stripe, back to the original payment method.
Credits after a refund
A refund removes a proportional share of the credits that purchase added to your balance.
Cancelling a plan
Cancel any time. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period, then stops renewing.
Credits you keep
Credits already granted stay on your balance after you cancel.
Failed generations
A failed job returns its held credits automatically. No request needed.

Acceptable use

Your inputs
Upload only images and models you have the right to use.
Not allowed
Illegal content, sexual content involving minors, impersonation, harassment and malware.
Provider rules
Each provider's own usage rules also apply to the jobs sent to it.
Fair use
No automated abuse, reselling of access, or attempts to get around credit holds.
Enforcement
We may block jobs or suspend accounts that break these rules.
